ITINERARIES AND LAND COST ONLY -SEASON 2002 / 03

ITINERARY # 1: DOVES -DOVES -DOVES - CORDOBA PROVINCE

5 nights from arrival -3 ½ day hunt -7 shoots (Minimum 4 hunters and Maximum 12)

Day 1: Morning arrival in Cordoba. You will be meet by Argentina Expeditions Leader. Transfer to lodging (possible 1/2 day shooting at your choice). Day 2- 3- 4: Three full days dove shooting. Day 5: Morning shoot, lunch at noon followed by afternoon flight home.

ITINERARY # 2: DOVE and DUCK - CORDOBA & CORRIENTES PROVINCES

7 nights from arrival -2 ½ day Dove, 3 day Duck - 11 shoots May 1st to August 10th
(Minimum 4 hunters and Maximum 12) Land cost: u$ 3,490/Person

Day 1: Equal itinerary as #1 above. Day 2 -3: Two full days dove shooting and Day 4 in morning with afternoon trip to duck hunting area. Day 5 -6 -7: Three full days duck hunting. Day 8: Morning hunt followed by afternoon flight home. (Partridge or pigeon hunt available at no extra charge)

ITINERARY # 3: DOVE -GOOSE and DUCK- CORDOBA & BAHIA BLANCA

8 nights from arrival -2 1/2 day Dove, 3 day Goose and Duck combo- 13 shoots May 1st to August 10th (Minimum 4 hunters and Maximum 12) Land cost: u$ 4,590/Person

Day I: Equal itinerary as # I above. Day 2- 3: Two full days shooting. Afternoon flight to Bahia Blanca. Day 5- 6- 7: Three full days goose and duck combo hunt. Day 8: Flight back to Buenos Aires, evening flight home.

ITINERARY # 4: DUCK - DUCK - DUCK - ESQUlNA/CORRIENTES

5 nights from arrival -4 day Duck hunt- 8 shoots   April 15th to August 30th
(Minimum 4 hunters and Maximum 12) Land cost: u$ 2,990/Person

Partridge, dove and pigeons hunt or dorado fishing available at no extra charge

Day 1: Morning arrival in Buenos Aires. You will be met by the Sud America Safaris leader and be transferred to the hunting area. Day 2- 3- 4- 5: Four full days duck hunting. Day 6 return home.

THE LAND COST FOR ALL PACKAGES ABOVE INCLUDES: All transfers and ground transportation. The best lodging in the hunting area according to itinerary (double occupancy with private bathroom) with all meals, wines and beer. In the hunting areas, soft drinks. Service of professional guides and leader of Argentina Expeditions (bilingual). All vehicles as required by itinerary. Hunting Permit. Taxes. Bird boys. Decoys. Custom assistance. Argentina gun permit ( 3 guns per hunter).

NOT INCLUDED IN COST: Round trip airfares. Airport taxes. Itinerary modification. Personal articles and luggage insurance, baggage over weight charges, any pre-or post-stay costs in Argentina, License, Shells, Phone calls, Laundry/dry cleaning or tips and room service and other items of personal nature or shot gun rental.

EXTRA COST: Shells brand: Rio, Fiocci, Saga brands can by purchased at acceptable cost by Sud America Safaris in each hunting area: For DOVES: u$ 10/box of 25 shells including local tax in 12 or 20 gauge. For DUCKS and GOOSE: u$ 12/box of 25 shells including local tax in 12 gauge. Licenses for DOVE in Cordoba: u$ 20 per day per hunter. Rest of the areas: u$ 50 per hunter. Shot gun rental u$ 300 per hunting itinerary. Bird boy tip u$ 25-U$ 35/day. Shells in: 28 -410 -16, available with payment in advance. Non-hunter companions are welcome at u$ 300/day.

Acceptable forms of extra payment in Argentina is cash or travelers check.
 

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL ITINERARIES

DEPOSIT/REFUND/FINAL PAYMENT

A deposit of 50%of the package per person to confirm a reservation for any of this itineraries is required. This is non-refundable if you cancel your hunt, but can be applied to re-bookings. Final payment is due 60 days before the hunt. At this point, the client is responsible for total cost and no refund will be made. If hunting is canceled by the client’s decision, deposit or total payment is not refundable but remains for the client for other hunting trip. If the client gives up hunting before scheduled program ends, non-used days and/or services will be not refunded. Receipt of a deposit and or final payment, by Argentina Expeditions is acknowledgement that registrant has read and accepts cancellation, refund and responsibility clauses. Argentina Expeditions shall have the right to alter or cancel any of the programs due to unpredictable inconveniences.

EXTRA DAYS SHOOTING

Itinerary #1- u$ 550/day. Itineraries #2, #3 or #4 is u$ 750/day.

TEMPERATURE AND DRESS INFORMATION.

Dove hunting is year round. Temperatures varies between October to April with temperatures in the mid 80’s. From May to September, the temperature is in the mid 40’s to 60’s. Recommended dress is green camouflage or dark khaki. Light boots and sun /shooting glasses. Two shotguns are recommended of your personal choice, light raincoats, shooting gloves, soft gun case and portable gun cleaning kit is recommended.

The goose and duck hunts are in winter with temperate in the morning in the 40’s at middle morning varying to the mid 60’s. Bring appropriate clothing with high boots or waders for duck hunts.

GUN IMPORT PERMIT AND TRAVEL DOCUMENT INFORMATION.

Valid passport is required. Call Argentine Consulate nearest at your home and ask about your gun permit. You will be given assistance to enter in Argentina with gun import permit. There is no problem taking guns into Argentina. MAXIMUM 3 GUNS PER HUNTER.
